PAGNONI S.R.L. is a young company, growing fast, working successfully in the construction of spindles and accessories for automated machinery.

It specialises in the construction of spindles with ISO connections, in either standard or customised versions. Recently it has set up a new line for the production of HSK connections in a wide range of shapes and sizes.

All these components are generally produced in big runs, but the company also has a line that enables it to meet quickly and accurately any request for tailor-made products.

Continuously updated from the technical viewpoint, its production is characterised by excellent quality levels and the availability of wide range of ready-made articles.

Our tool holders for CNC machines and the relative accessories are all made of first-rate case-hardening steel. The parts are case-hardened, hardened and tempered, sand-blasted and burnished: their surface hardness is 58/60 HRC

All contact surfaces between the machine and the tool are ground all over, including the external threaded parts for the jaw clamping ring-nut.

Construction dimensions and execution tolerances conform to DIN standards.
